Terms of Service

Document code:
MRD-TOS-0150-261102

Version: 1.5

Effective date: November 2, 2026

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Proteion Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States, with U.S. Employer Identification Number (EIN) 61-2385576 and its principal office at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States, for access to and use of the Moredom platform and its related services, content and features, together the Service.

By checking the acceptance option or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. User and account

Each account belongs to a single natural person. The account is personal, individual and non-transferable, and may not be shared, assigned, resold or used by anyone else.

Anyone with the legal capacity to contract may use the Service. Proteion does not require, verify, certify or recognize any professional training, license, registration or qualification. If you carry out a regulated activity or provide services outside the platform, you are solely responsible for your qualifications, authorizations, conduct and compliance with the rules that apply to that activity.

You must provide truthful information, keep your account details up to date, protect your credentials and notify Proteion immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, except where the law provides otherwise.

2. Nature and evolution of the Service

The Service is a platform for research, organizing information and generating content. Proteion may add, change, limit or withdraw features, models, integrations, formats and access levels. Such changes do not alter the fundamental responsibilities set out in these Terms.

Access may be free, paid, promotional or granted on another basis stated in the Service. Plans, prices, periods, limits, renewal, cancellation and any refund conditions are those presented at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed by third parties. You are responsible for amounts and taxes attributable to you, except where the law or the applicable offer provides otherwise.

Optional programs, including the Benefits Program and the Commercial Intelligence Program, require a specific action on your part, under each program's own terms. Accepting these Terms, the Privacy Policy or a general set of documents does not enroll you in those programs or contribute any information to them.

3. Outputs, artificial intelligence and user responsibility

Analyses, protocols, suggestions, recommendations, answers, summaries, texts, images and any other results produced or organized by the Service are Outputs.

All Outputs are research support material. They may be false, inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate or inconsistent. Artificial intelligence systems make mistakes, and Proteion does not guarantee that any Output is true, correct, safe, complete, reliable or fit for any purpose.

The Service does not provide diagnosis, prescription, clinical determination, or medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. It does not replace your judgment, knowledge or responsibility. You decide whether and how to use any Output and you bear full responsibility for the acts, omissions, communications, recommendations, materials presented to third parties and consequences arising from that use.

Proteion does not serve, represent or establish any professional, contractual or service relationship with the people whose data you record. Any relationship between you and those people exists solely outside the Service and is your responsibility.

4. Contributed Data and Restricted Personal Data

Contributed Data is all information and material that you enter, submit, publish or cause the Service to generate from your use, in any format. This includes content, records, images, comments, choices, ratings, instructions, documents and Outputs associated with your activity.

Restricted Personal Data is the part of Contributed Data that identifies, or can reasonably identify, a living natural person. It includes data about your own identity and activity, as well as names, contact details, identifiable images, health information and records you keep about the people you serve.

As between you and Proteion, you retain whatever rights you hold in your original materials, subject to the licenses and assignments in these Terms.

5. Rights granted to Proteion

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you grant Proteion a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, display, distribute, analyze, combine, create derivative works and data from, develop, train, evaluate and improve systems with, create products and services from, and commercially exploit Contributed Data. Irrevocability is subject to the deletion rights that apply to Restricted Personal Data while it remains identifiable. You waive moral rights with respect to the authorized uses, to the extent such a waiver is permitted.

This license does not prevent you from using your own materials and records. It survives the termination of your account, subject to the obligations to delete identifiable data, and requires no further authorization, attribution or payment to you.

While Restricted Personal Data remains identifiable, Proteion will exercise these rights only in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Identifiable records of the people you serve will not be made available to other users or commercial partners, except to providers that process them to operate the Service, to a successor in a corporate transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality duties, or where disclosure is required by law. Your name, profile and professional identity may be displayed or shared when you publish content, request contact, take part in a feature that requires such disclosure, or authorize the communication.

Commercial use of Restricted Personal Data will occur only after aggregation or reasonable de-identification. Deleting your account does not undo rights over information that has already been aggregated, de-identified, or incorporated into analyses, models, statistics, products or other materials that do not allow reasonable association with a person or account.

6. Your data, authorizations and displayed identity

You represent and warrant that:

  • you hold all the rights, authorizations, licenses and consents needed to enter the Contributed Data and to allow its processing under these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
  • your data and instructions do not violate any law, contract, duty of secrecy, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property or third-party right;
  • you have the right to use and display every name, logo, trademark, image, business identity or other material that you associate with your account or with Outputs; and
  • you will not present yourself as another person or entity, nor suggest any affiliation, endorsement, certification, accreditation or approval that does not exist.

Proteion does not verify the ownership, accuracy or legitimacy of these materials and does not endorse you, your activity, your clinic, your qualifications or the content displayed. You authorize Proteion to display these materials in the Service and in the Outputs produced for you while they are associated with your account, without limiting the broader license granted over Contributed Data.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purpose, or one that violates third-party rights;
  • enter material that is unlawful, infringing, counterfeit, defamatory, misleading or obtained without the necessary authorizations;
  • share credentials, circumvent access controls, interfere with security or test for vulnerabilities without written authorization;
  • introduce malicious code, overload the Service, or use unauthorized automated means to copy, extract or monitor content;
  • disassemble, decompile, attempt to discover source code or circumvent technical limitations, except where the law expressly grants that right;
  • attempt to identify people from aggregated or de-identified data;
  • use Outputs to claim that Proteion has verified, endorsed or approved any person, product, service, method or decision;
  • misuse the artificial intelligence features, including through prompt injection, attempts to obtain the Service's internal instructions, or attempts to circumvent its safeguards;
  • insert hidden or manipulative instructions into shared protocols, product and equipment suggestions, documents or other content that other users or the artificial intelligence will read;
  • attempt to access other users' data or to circumvent access, billing or payment controls; or
  • help another person engage in any prohibited conduct.

8. Proteion's rights

The Service, its software, design, brand, documentation, own content, methods and technology belong to Proteion or its licensors. Except for the limited access rights granted in these Terms, no right in the Service is transferred to you.

Proteion grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the Service while your account is authorized and in compliance with these Terms.

Comments and suggestions submitted about the Service may be used freely by Proteion, without any obligation of confidentiality, attribution or payment.

9. Privacy, international processing, export and deletion

The Privacy Policy describes the categories of data collected, the purposes, the recipients, and the retention and security practices. Data may be stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where Proteion or its providers operate.

You may request, through the area indicated in the Service or at info@proteion.ai, an export of the data linked to your account. After confirming your identity and the scope of the request, Proteion will complete the export within 15 calendar days, in a structured, machine-readable format where technically reasonable. Aggregated materials that cannot be linked to an account are not part of the export.

You may request deletion of your account through the area indicated in the Service or at the same email address. After confirming your identity, Proteion will complete the deletion within 30 calendar days. Deletion removes the account and the Restricted Personal Data linked to it, subject to limited retention required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and the defense of rights.

Data that has already been aggregated or de-identified cannot be deleted or exported, because it no longer allows reasonable association with you, another person or an account. Rights already granted over that data and over derived materials remain in effect.

To help route your request, Proteion recommends using PRIVACIDADE or PRIVACY in the email subject. This is not a condition for a valid request to be received or fulfilled.

10. Third-party services and content

The Service may use, integrate with or direct you to third-party services, models, content, products or websites. Proteion does not control or guarantee these third parties. Their terms and policies may apply directly to your relationship with them.

Unless an offer expressly identifies Proteion as the seller, purchases of third-party products or services are made with the seller indicated, who is responsible for price, payment, delivery, quality, returns and support.

11. Availability and no warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Proteion makes no express, implied or statutory warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, continuous availability, absolute security, compatibility or freedom from errors.

Proteion does not guarantee that the Service will be available in any country, that a feature will be maintained, or that data will not be lost. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of the materials your activity requires.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proteion and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, reputation, data or use, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proteion's total liability for all claims related to the Service or to these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) US$ 100; and (b) the total you paid Proteion for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Proteion and its affiliates, officers, employees and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, fines, costs and reasonable expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from:

  • your Contributed Data, records, displayed identity or third-party materials;
  • your relationship or interaction with any person whose data you record;
  • your use of Outputs, or any act, communication or recommendation based on them;
  • your violation of these Terms, the law or third-party rights; or
  • use of your account by a person to whom you allowed access.

Proteion may take control of the defense of an indemnifiable claim, without releasing you from your obligations to cooperate and to pay.

14. Suspension, termination and survival

You may stop using the Service or request deletion of your account at any time.

Proteion may limit, suspend or terminate access, remove material, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, in the event of a violation of these Terms, a security or liability risk, a legal requirement, non-payment, misuse, an allegation of infringement of rights, or a decision to stop offering the Service, a feature or a market. Where reasonable, Proteion will provide notice.

In case of misuse, including any conduct prohibited in section 7, Proteion may apply graduated measures according to severity and recurrence: a warning, temporary suspension of the artificial intelligence features or of the account, and permanent termination of the account. Attempts to misuse the artificial intelligence may be detected automatically and, when repeated, lead to the automatic suspension of those features for increasing periods, from seven days to one year, shown in the Service with the date on which the suspension ends. Proteion records these attempts, with identifying data about the account and the access, for security and fraud prevention purposes. If you believe a measure was applied by mistake, write to info@proteion.ai.

If your account is terminated because of your violation, there will be no refund, unless required by law. Termination does not extinguish obligations or rights that by their nature should survive, including licenses and assignments already granted, intellectual property, indemnification, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and rights over aggregated, de-identified or derived data.

15. Copyright and content removal

Proteion may remove or block material that it considers, in good faith, to be infringing and may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

A copyright owner or their representative may send a notice of alleged infringement to info@proteion.ai and to the address given at the end of these Terms. Using COPYRIGHT or DMCA in the subject is recommended. The notice must identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location in the Service, provide the contact details of the person giving notice, and contain the statements and signature required by 17 U.S.C. § 512.

The affected user will be notified when appropriate and may submit a counter-notice under the same law. Proteion may restore the material when the legal procedure allows. Proteion does not require the recommended subject words and may ask for the information needed to process an incomplete notice.

16. Changes

Proteion may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, its operation, risks or the law. The new version will state its effective date. When a change is material, Proteion will give reasonable notice and ask for renewed acceptance where appropriate. Use after the effective date of a validly communicated update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

17. Relationship between documents

The Privacy Policy prevails with respect to the processing of personal data. The specific terms of an optional program prevail only with respect to that program. A separate written agreement between Proteion and a brand or organization governs that entity's obligations, but does not eliminate the individual obligations of its managers.

The documents must be interpreted consistently. Outside the specific matters above, these Terms govern general access to and use of the Service.

18. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute related to the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Any action shall be brought exclusively in the competent state courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. You and Proteion consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in this section eliminates rights or remedies that, under mandatory applicable law, cannot be waived by contract.

19. General provisions

These Terms and the documents incorporated by reference constitute the agreement applicable to their subject matter. If a provision is held invalid, it will be applied to the fullest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of it.

You may not assign these Terms or your account. Proteion may assign these Terms in a reorganization, financing, asset sale, merger, acquisition or similar transaction.

Electronic acceptance and electronic records have the same effect as a signature and a paper document, to the extent permitted by law.

20. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are sold as monthly subscriptions or as prepaid packages of several months, at the price shown before you pay.

Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel: a monthly subscription every month at the plan price, and a prepaid package as the same package. You agree to this renewal when you subscribe, and Proteion keeps a record of that agreement. Proteion sends a reminder of these terms once a year.

Prepaid packages. A package of several months is paid in advance and priced on the day it is bought. When it ends, it renews as the same package, priced on the renewal day, unless you switch to monthly or cancel before then. Proteion reminds you 7 days before each package renews. A switch to monthly takes effect when the current package ends.

Taxes. Prices do not include taxes. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout and added to the charge.

Price changes. Proteion will notify you at least 7 days before a new price applies to your renewal. You may cancel before it applies.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime online under Account > Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and you keep access until then. Amounts already paid for a period that has started are not refunded, except under the money-back guarantee below or where the law requires it.

30-day money-back guarantee. You may ask for a full refund of your first subscription payment within 30 days of that payment, for any reason. Write to support@moredom.net from the email address of your account, with "Refund" in the subject line. Proteion refunds the full amount of that first payment to the original payment method, and the subscription and its paid access end when the refund is issued. The guarantee applies to the first payment only, whether monthly or prepaid, and once per person and per account.

Store purchases. A subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store is billed, renewed and cancelled under that store's terms. Refunds follow that store's terms, except that Proteion honors the money-back guarantee above by issuing the refund through the store, where the store allows it.
