Version: 1.5
Effective: November 1, 2026
This Policy explains how Proteion Inc. collects, uses, shares, protects, retains and deletes information related to the Moredom platform and related services, together the Service.
Proteion Inc., a corporation organized in the State of Florida, United States, with U.S. Employer Identification Number (EIN) 61-2385576 and its principal office at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States, determines how this information is processed to operate the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.
1. Scope and definitions
Contributed Data means all information and materials that you enter, upload, publish or cause the Service to generate from your use, in any format. This includes content, records, images, comments, choices, ratings, instructions, documents and results associated with your activity.
Restricted Personal Data means the part of Contributed Data that identifies, or could reasonably identify, a living individual. It includes data about your own identity and activity, as well as names, contact details, identifiable images, health information and records you keep about people you serve.
This Policy also applies to account, transaction, communication, usage and device information that Proteion collects to operate the Service, even if you did not enter it directly.
2. Information collected
Proteion may collect the following categories:
- Account and identity: name, contact details, credentials, photo, profile, country, language and data about your activity or displayed identity.
- Records you create: notes, forms, history, images, health information and other data about people you serve or study.
- Content and Outputs: instructions, files, messages, ratings, recommendations, analyses, protocols and other materials submitted to or generated in the Service.
- Usage and technical data: pages, actions, preferences, events, dates, identifiers, IP address, browser, operating system, device, cookies, crash and security logs.
- Subscriptions, programs and transactions: plan, payment status, purchases, authorized contacts, program participation, benefits and related records. Proteion may receive only limited information from the payment processor, and not necessarily the full payment method details.
- Communications: support messages, privacy requests, surveys, feedback and contact records.
This information may come from you, from your device, from your use of the Service, from providers acting for Proteion, from partners you choose to interact with and from sources permitted by law.
3. How information is used
Proteion may use information to:
- create and administer accounts, authenticate users and provide the Service;
- process instructions, generate Outputs and personalize the experience;
- maintain, protect, measure, fix and improve the platform, its models and systems;
- develop features, products, services, datasets, research, analyses and business intelligence;
- administer subscriptions, payments, benefits, optional programs and requested contacts;
- send operational, security, support and update notices and, where permitted, commercial information;
- prevent fraud, abuse, infringement of rights and security incidents;
- comply with legal obligations, respond to valid legal process and exercise or defend rights; and
- carry out a reorganization, financing, audit, acquisition, merger or sale of assets.
4. Contributed Data and rights granted
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by accepting the applicable documents you grant Proteion a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, display, distribute, analyze, combine, create derivative works and data from, develop, train, evaluate and improve systems with, create products and services from and commercially exploit Contributed Data. Irrevocability is subject to the deletion rights that apply to Restricted Personal Data while it remains identifiable. You waive moral rights with respect to the authorized uses, to the extent such a waiver is permitted.
This license does not prevent you from continuing to use your own materials. It survives the closure of your account, subject to the obligations to delete identifiable data, and requires no further authorization, attribution or payment.
While Restricted Personal Data remains identifiable, Proteion limits the exercise of these rights to the practices described in this Policy. Commercial use of Restricted Personal Data occurs only after aggregation or reasonable de-identification. Proteion may use, license and commercialize statistics, trends, datasets and other aggregated or de-identified results that cannot reasonably be associated with a person or account.
Deleting an account does not undo rights in information already aggregated, de-identified or incorporated into analyses, models, statistics, products or materials that cannot reasonably be associated with a person or account.
5. Data about people you record
You are responsible for your relationship with anyone whose data you enter in the Service. You represent that you hold all the rights, authorizations and consents needed to collect that data, enter it and allow its processing under this Policy.
Proteion does not request data directly from these people, does not provide services to them and does not enter into a professional or contractual relationship with them by receiving records you enter.
Identifiable records of these people are not displayed publicly or made available to other users, brands or commercial partners. They may be accessed by you and processed by authorized Proteion personnel and by providers needed for operation, including infrastructure, storage and artificial intelligence vendors. They may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a corporate transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality duties.
6. Artificial intelligence and Outputs
Content submitted to the Service may be processed by artificial intelligence systems of Proteion or its providers. This processing may involve generation, classification, comparison, summarization, analysis, security, evaluation and improvement of systems.
All Outputs are research support material. They may be false, inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate or inconsistent. Proteion does not warrant that any Output is true, correct, safe, complete, reliable or fit for any purpose.
The Service does not provide diagnosis, prescription, clinical determination or medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. You decide whether and how to use any Output and bear full responsibility for the actions, communications, recommendations and consequences arising from that use.
7. Sharing and recipients
Proteion may share information, to the extent necessary for the applicable purpose, with these categories of recipients:
- infrastructure, cloud, hosting, storage, security, support, communication, analytics and payment providers;
- advertising and measurement providers, as described in section 15;
- artificial intelligence and model providers;
- brands, organizations and partners when you request contact, publish information for them, join a program or authorize the interaction;
- legal, accounting, financial, security and other professional advisers;
- authorities, courts and third parties when there is a legal obligation, valid legal process or a need to protect rights, people and the Service; and
- prospective or actual acquirers, investors, lenders and successors in an audit, reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Providers may process information under applicable instructions and contracts. When you choose to interact with a third party that then independently decides how it will use the data it receives, that third party's policies may also apply.
Proteion does not make identifiable records of the people you serve available to commercial partners. Your name, profile and professional identity may be displayed or shared when you publish content, request contact, take part in a feature that requires that disclosure or authorize the communication.
8. International processing
Proteion is headquartered in the United States. Information may be stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where Proteion or its providers operate. Those countries may have privacy rules that differ from the rules where you are located.
Proteion uses contractual, technical and organizational measures it considers appropriate to the nature of the information and the processing carried out. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Retention
Proteion retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and business records, administer programs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and exercise or defend rights.
Retention periods vary according to the nature of the data, its purpose, sensitivity, risk and legal requirements. Residual copies may remain for a limited period in protected, isolated backups until the normal purge cycle, unless a legal retention requirement applies.
The record of visits to our pages described in section 15 is kept for 13 months from the last visit when it is not linked to an account.
Aggregated or de-identified information may be kept indefinitely once it can no longer reasonably be associated with a person or account.
10. Export, correction and deletion
You may request access to, correction, export or deletion of information linked to your account through the area indicated in the Service or at info@proteion.ai. Proteion may ask for reasonable information to confirm your identity, locate the data and protect other people.
After verification, Proteion will complete the export within 15 calendar days, in a structured, machine-readable format where technically reasonable.
After verification, Proteion will complete the deletion of the account and the linked Restricted Personal Data within 30 calendar days. Proteion may retain limited data when required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and the defense of rights.
Deletion anonymizes the account rather than erasing its record. Proteion keeps the email address of the deleted account, to confirm the deletion, prevent the same account from being reopened and prevent abuse. It also keeps security records, such as attempts to misuse the artificial intelligence and the identifying data recorded with them (name, email, country, identity document, IP address and browser), for as long as necessary for the security of the Service, the prevention of fraud and abuse and the defense of rights.
Data that has already been aggregated or de-identified cannot be exported or deleted because it can no longer reasonably be associated with a person or account.
To help route your request, we recommend using PRIVACIDADE or PRIVACY in the subject line. Leaving these words out does not prevent a valid request from being received or handled.
Depending on the law that mandatorily applies to your situation, you may have additional rights. Proteion will not discriminate against you for validly exercising a privacy right.
If you believe your data was entered by another user, you may use the same channel. Proteion will verify the request and may involve the account holder when appropriate and permitted, without limiting mandatory rights.
11. Choices and communications
You may adjust the preferences available in the Service and use the unsubscribe mechanisms in promotional messages. Proteion may still send communications necessary for the account, security, transactions and legal changes.
Browser settings may limit cookies and similar technologies, but this may affect how the Service works.
Withdrawing from an optional program stops future contribution under the terms of that program, but does not undo earlier valid processing or results already aggregated or de-identified.
12. Security
Proteion applies reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss or disclosure. The level of these measures takes into account the nature and sensitivity of the data.
The Service records misuse attempts, such as hidden instructions or attempts to manipulate the artificial intelligence, together with identifying data about the account and the connection, and may suspend features in accordance with the Terms of Service.
You must also protect your account, use appropriate credentials and report any suspected unauthorized access. No measure eliminates all risk, and Proteion does not guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this Policy
Proteion may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, its practices, risks or the law. The new version will state its effective date. When a change is material, Proteion will give reasonable notice and ask for new acceptance when appropriate.
14. Law and relationship with other documents
This Policy must be read together with the Terms of Service. It prevails with respect to the processing of personal data. Terms of optional programs may detail specific uses, without reducing the protections established here for Restricted Personal Data.
The contractual relationship with Proteion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable federal laws of the United States, and the venue is the one defined in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Policy eliminates rights that cannot be waived by contract.
15. Your privacy rights in the United States
This section applies to users in the United States, including California residents.
What we collect and who receives it. The categories of information we collect are described in section 2, and the categories of recipients in section 7. To operate the Service, Proteion uses providers for hosting, database and sign-in, payments and app store billing, artificial intelligence, and email delivery. They process information on Proteion's instructions.
Reviewing, correcting and deleting. You can review and correct your account information in the Service, export and delete data as described in section 10, and send any request to the contact address below.
Advertising measurement. Proteion may use advertising and measurement tools from Meta and Google on its public pages and in the sign-up and subscription flow, and may send these providers limited information from its servers, to learn which advertisements lead people to visit, start the Preview, create an account or subscribe. This information can include identifiers set by those tools, the pages visited, which of those steps took place and the subscription amount, and the email address used to sign up in a hashed (encoded) form. These providers may combine it with information they already hold to measure and improve advertising. Proteion never uses the records of the people you serve, or the content of your work in the Service, for advertising.
Sale and sharing of personal information. Proteion does not sell personal information for money. Under California law, the advertising measurement described above may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out of this sharing at any time:
- on the Your Privacy Choices page, at
moredom.proteion.ai/privacy-choicesand linked from the footer of our public pages. The choice applies to that browser on our public pages and in the Service, and, when you are signed in, to your account on every device; - in the Service, under Settings, Privacy, by turning off "Share my information for advertising measurement", which applies to your account;
- by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which Proteion treats as a valid request to opt out for that browser and, when you are signed in, records for your account; or
- by writing to
support@moredom.netwith "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line, which Proteion applies to your account.
You may allow advertising measurement again on the same page or switch. Proteion does not ask you to.
The Service is intended for adult professionals, and Proteion does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Visits to our pages. Proteion records visits to its own pages with a first-party cookie, to understand how people find and use Moredom. The record is linked to your account when you sign up or sign in, is kept for 13 months when it is never linked, is never shared with advertising providers, and is not affected by the advertising opt-out.
Do Not Track. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not a recognized standard, and the Service does not respond to them differently. Global Privacy Control is honored as described above.
Country suggestion and launch interest. On our public pages, the country we suggest is inferred from your browser's language and time zone and is not stored. We count visits per country anonymously to decide where to launch next. If you ask to be told when Moredom launches in your country, we keep your email address only to send that one message and delete it 30 days after sending it.
State law rights. If a state privacy law gives you additional rights that apply to Proteion, you may exercise them by contacting us. Proteion will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
